ESACH

Inspired by the announcement of a European Year of Cultural Heritage (2018) the ESACH - European Students’ Association for Cultural Heritage was established in 2017 by university students at the University of Passau. Today, ESACH has become the first still growing interdisciplinary and cross-generational network in the field.

ESACH currently brings together Bachelor, Master and PhD students at the same time as young professionals till 30 years, working with or interested in culture & heritage from all kinds of academic disciplines and is made up of members from various European universities and similar organizations.

This new European Cultural Heritage Network result of the joint efforts of a group of patrimonialists (its individual founding members) affiliated at the University of Passau (Germany), the ARTIS-IHA of the University of Lisbon (Portugal) and the University of Castilla-La Mancha / Campus Toledo (Spain).
